Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By purchasing one or more items online, you agree to the terms of our Shipping & Delivery Policy as detailed below.


Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 4-7 working days from the date of order and payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Courier Partners: We ship through registered and reputed domestic courier companies.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Express Shipping (In-stock items): ₹399 per book. These items are shipped within 1–2 days.

    • Other shipping charges are calculated based on chargeable weight (whichever is higher between gross or volumetric weight) and applicable slab rates.

    • Example: A 3 Kg shipment within India = ₹165.


International Shipping

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 4–7 working days, and delivery usually takes 7–21 working days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.

  • Courier Partners: We use registered international courier companies and/or international speed post.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Calculated based on chargeable weight and shipping company’s slab rates.

    • Example: A 3 Kg shipment to the USA = ₹1854 (Calculated as: 789 + (5×213)).

  • Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes levied at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


Print-On-Demand (POD) Orders

  • For specific publishers like PACKT, if the item is marked as POD (Print on Demand), the delivery timeline may extend up to 15 days.


Payments

  • We use PayUmoney for fast, secure, and efficient payments. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.

  • International Payment Enablement:

    • We accept international payments.

    • All international transactions are secured with 3D Secure (3DS) OTP verification, ensuring an additional layer of security for cardholders.

    • Kindly confirm with us if you would like to enable international payments with 3DS protection.


Shipping Address

  • Orders are delivered to the registered billing address of the buyer (unless a different shipping address is specified at the time of order).

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company after dispatch.

  • We are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.


Damaged Goods

  • We take utmost care in packaging. However, if you receive a damaged item, notify us within 5 days of delivery by email or phone.

  • Please retain original packaging and do not send the item back unless instructed.

  • We will arrange a replacement shipment at the earliest.


Incorrect or Wrong Item Delivered

  • In case of an incorrect item shipped, inform us within 5 business days.

  • We will offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund including shipping charges, as per your preference.


Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 15 days of delivery (return post-mark date must not exceed 15 days).

  • Returns beyond 15 days or of used/damaged items will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
