The Old Universe: Book Two (The Spear Saga 2)

What we consider our Big Bang, and start, was actually the cataclysmic end to a war in The Old Universe.The All Father has released a swarm of beings capable of consuming everything in their path. The Allegiance has dispersed, fearing for their individual safety and the security of their home planets. Corrin, son of The All Father, has decided to go find the answers he needs in order to defeat the creatures his father has unleashed. But during his search, Corrin clashes with SPEARHEAD—an elite Black Palace special operations task force created by Corrin in his youth—and with the RAID RIDERS—a vicious outlaw group from the Faoder Sector.

 

With The Allegiance in shambles, and The All Father doing everything he can to stop his own son, elements of the past resurface. Amongst the Raid Riders lives a descendant of a once powerful and mighty empire, someone who Corrin believes can help shape a better outcome for the universe. However, resentments run thick and deep across the stars, and many are not ready to forgive transgressions so easily. But an unexpected face from Corrin’s childhood returns, showing would-be enemies, that the past does not have to represent the future.

 

Simultaneously, Evrii has been keeping Arcadia stable. With the help of Zhao-Lan, her home has been shielded away from the ongoing war. Evrii begins to feel she needs to do more and with the help of Morgana, Zhao-Lan, and other notable warriors, Evrii attempts to reform The Allegiance in order to aid Corrin. With rumors of a massive Black Palace assault on Vor Ran’du being prepared, the urgency to reunite and remove any fear moving forward is dire. As The Allegiance rushes to Vor Ran’du, Corrin begins to understand the creatures unleashed by The All Father.

 

His ability to manipulate Spear Energy will be tested, secrets will be revealed, and kings will be crowned. But… The All Father won’t let anyone forget that he wields the Spear of Space, and although armies can be forged, and battles can be fought, there is a reason he is called The All Father.
