I Witnessed: The Indian Ocean Tsunami

26 December 2004, Mahabalipuram.

Arun Soni and his family are enjoying a holiday
by the sea. But the fun doesn’t last long. The very next
morning, Arun notices something strange – the ocean
has pulled back, leaving the beach bare. Before
anyone can understand what’s happening, a roaring
wall of water comes crashing in.

A giant tsunami slams into the shore, smashing their
hotel and flooding their room. In an instant, Arun is
swept out to sea, fighting against the monstrous waves.
Alone, terrified and far from safety, can Arun find his
way back to his family?
