Jassy Davis is a cocktail gal. When she does put her cocktail shaker down, she enjoys developing recipes for brands that like their dishes to be cosy and comforting with a dash of fun. Lance Mayhew has over 20 years’ experience in the world of cocktails and spirits. He is the former contributing writer for About.com (now The Spruce) on whisky and professional bartending. Lance’s cocktail creations have been showcased in publications such as MIX magazine, Imbibe, and Left Coast Libations, and his bartending and mixology have been featured in The New York Times, Mix, and The Oregonian. In 2008, the Beverage Network named Lance one of America’s “Ten Trendsetting Mixologists.”
Colleen Graham is a seasoned mixologist and writer with a passion for creating and sharing great cocktails and mixed drinks that enrich everyday life. She has spent over a decade writing about cocktails for The Spruce Eats and other venues. Colleen is also a cocktail consultant, designing themed cocktail menus and individual drink recipes for a variety of establishments and occasions.
